Sarah Friedman

Sarah Friedman joined Banner Life family of companies, retirement division in 2016 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In that role, she leads financial strategy and performance, while overseeing treasury, liquidity, and collateral management across the US PRT entities. She also serves as Chief Actuary for Meiji Yasuda Reinsurance Bermuda (MYRB), directing reinsurance pricing, regulatory capital management, and actuarial governance to support the company’s growth and risk objectives. 

Prior to joining Banner Life family of companies, Sarah worked in pension consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she helped clients design and implement pension strategies, performed annual valuations, and advised on pension derisking strategies. 

Sarah is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst.  She holds a BS in Mathematics from Bucknell University.
