Sheena McEwen

Sheena McEwen currently serves as VP, Head of Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness.  In her role she heads up a center of excellence designed to support business units across the Banner Life family of companies to strengthen our people and processes and help reach our strategic goals. Responsible for People functions, Learning & Development, Strategic Enablement, Continuous Improvement and Business Intelligence, Sheena’s team ensures every part of our organization has the tools, guidance and support needed to thrive by promoting best practices, efficient ways of working, access to meaningful data, and helping leaders develop the right culture and capabilities for their teams. 

Sheena has held various roles throughout her tenure, including VP, Head of Special Projects, responsible for leading key initiatives that support the success and growth of our business, and VP, Head of Distribution where she led business development and client solutions.  She was part of the team responsible for the launch of our US Retirement business.
